Privacy Policy

FINORLY Invoice ("FINORLY", "we", "our", or "us") provides invoicing, client management, voice-to-invoice, subscription, sync, and reminder features. This Privacy Policy explains what information we process, why we process it, and the choices available to you.
Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to the FINORLY Invoice mobile application, related support services, and the FINORLY pages that link to this policy.
Information We Process
1. Account and authentication information
- - Name, email address, and account identifiers
- - Authentication information provided through Apple Sign In, Google Sign-In, or email-based flows
- - Subscription and entitlement status needed to determine access to paid features
2. Invoice and business data
- - Business profile details such as business name, address, email, phone number, tax settings, and logo
- - Client and customer details that you add, such as names, company names, email addresses, phone numbers, and addresses
- - Invoice content, including invoice numbers, line items, totals, tax and discount settings, due dates, notes, payment status, and reminders
- - App settings and preferences such as currency, notification preferences, and certain local display settings
3. Voice and AI input data
- - Audio recordings you intentionally submit for voice invoice creation or editing
- - The transcript created from those recordings
- - Text prompts, draft invoice context, and structured invoice data sent for AI-assisted parsing and command interpretation
4. Device, diagnostics, and operational data
- - App version, build version, limited device and operating system metadata, and subscription verification metadata
- - Crash, performance, and diagnostic information used to detect failures, fix bugs, and improve reliability
- - Local notification settings and reminder scheduling data
5. Support and communication data
- - Information you send to us when you contact support or request help
How We Use Information
- - create, edit, store, render, export, print, share, and track invoices
- - sync your data across devices and restore your account state
- - authenticate you and keep your account secure
- - process subscriptions, restore purchases, and verify entitlements
- - transcribe voice input and interpret natural-language invoice commands
- - schedule reminders and notifications you choose to enable
- - troubleshoot issues, monitor reliability, and improve the app
- - respond to support requests and account-related inquiries
- - comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use
AI and Voice Processing
When you use voice input or AI-assisted invoice editing, FINORLY sends the relevant audio, text, and limited draft invoice context to FINORLY backend services, which in turn call third-party AI providers to transcribe spoken audio into text and interpret invoice instructions such as line items, totals, due dates, tax, and related edits.
This processing is used only to provide the requested app functionality. We do not use this content for advertising or cross-app tracking.
Where Information Is Stored and Processed
- - Certain data is stored locally on your device to support offline use and draft recovery.
- - Account, invoice, settings, and sync data may be stored in FINORLY backend infrastructure, including Supabase-hosted services.
- - AI transcription and parsing requests are processed through FINORLY backend services and forwarded to third-party AI providers when you use those features.
- - Subscription and billing information on iOS is processed through Apple App Store systems.
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, depending on the infrastructure and service providers used to operate the app.
Sharing of Information
We share information only as needed to operate the app and related services, including authentication providers such as Apple and Google, infrastructure and database providers used to store and sync account and invoice data, AI processing providers used for transcription and natural-language parsing, Apple App Store services for iOS subscriptions and purchase restoration, and service providers that help us deliver support, diagnostics, and app reliability features.
We do not sell your personal information.
Notifications
If you enable notifications, FINORLY may schedule local reminders on your device for invoice events, trial lifecycle reminders, and related app activity. Notification preferences can be changed in the app settings.
Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain your account, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
If you request account deletion, FINORLY may place the account into a grace-period deletion state before permanent deletion is processed.
Your Choices
- - update or correct business, client, and invoice data inside the app
- - disable notification preferences
- - stop using voice input and AI-assisted features
- - remove the app from your device
- - request account deletion from the app settings
On iOS, subscription purchase, renewal, cancellation, and refund handling are managed by Apple.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's Privacy
FINORLY Invoice is intended for business and productivity use and is not directed to children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version becomes effective when posted at the published Privacy Policy URL or otherwise made available inside the app.
