Eligible paid subscriptions may qualify for a refund request submitted within 30 days of purchase.
Free Plan
Free access tiers do not require refunds and can be used without payment until plan limits are reached.
How to Request a Refund

- Include your account email and any useful billing context.
- We review requests and respond with the next steps.
- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible.
Cancellation Policy
- You can cancel subscriptions through the applicable billing channel or account controls.
- No separate cancellation fee applies unless explicitly stated at purchase time.
- Access may continue until the end of the paid billing period.
- Data retention after cancellation may be limited by policy or legal requirements.
Exceptions and Pro-Rated Refunds
