By using Finorly, you agree to these terms. They govern access to the platform, subscriptions, acceptable use, and the relationship between Finorly and its users.

Finorly provides software and tools for financial workflows, including invoicing, business operations, and related services for freelancers, teams, and small businesses.

3. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • You must notify us if you believe unauthorized access occurred.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information where required.

4. Subscription and Billing

  • Free plans may include usage limits described on relevant product or pricing pages.
  • Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
  • Billing terms, pricing, and applicable taxes are disclosed at the time of purchase.
  • Refund handling follows the published refund policy where applicable.

Finorly is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and aggregate liability is limited as required by the applicable service agreement or law.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create legal, operational, or security risk.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after an update becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
